Cedarcare Hospital, founded in 2016 is truly unique; offering the highest quality private care to patients. We have an extensive range of specialist outpatient clinics, and over 30 inpatient beds in both open single gender wards and private bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

Our Hospital has a fully equipped operating theatre, modern delivery room, special investigation room and laboratory. A continual investment programme ensures that our Hospital maintains the facilities needed to stay at the front of medical technology and achieve the highest levels of individual patient care.

Coming Into Hospital

We recognise that coming into hospital can be a stressful and an unnerving experience. At Cedarcare Hospital, we are committed to the welfare of all our patients and you will find all staff will work hard to ensure your stay with us is a positive experience.

The Admissions brochure is a complete guide on what to expect on admission and gives you a few simple ideas on what you must bring into hospital with you. The Admission Procedure

When you arrive, come to the main entrance on Ogombo Road, and notify the receptionist of your arrival. A member of the Admissions Team will show you to your room where you will meet your nurse who will help you settle in. Once you are settled, essential medical information will be taken and you will be given the opportunity to discuss your procedure with a member of the medical team. Any queries you may have regarding your treatment will then be answered.

Our doctors are available in the Hospital day and night 24 hours a day and are in close contact with your other specialist consultant at all times. During your stay, you may come into contact with a range of clinical specialists including radiographers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and laboratory technicians. All staff are highly trained in their area of specialty ensuring the very best in service and care. Any staff visiting your room will all have ID showing their name and their role within the Hospital.



Confidentiality

The Hospital respects the privacy of the individual. Any information disclosed to medical, nursing or administrative staff is treated in confidence at all times. We do respect that it is your right to request a second opinion at anytime and you should speak to our matron/ director of nursing if you feel this is necessary. No information will be given to a third party without your permission.



Payment Information

If you would like to undertake treatment at Cedarcare Hospital, there are a number of options available to you.

These include payment by self pay (POS or Mobile bank transfer), HMO (medical insurance) or through a third party sponsoring body such as an embassy or a company.

We require confirmation of financial cover for all treatments and investigations in advance of your appointment. We ask that you bring with you a valid authorisation number or debit or credit card with you to ensure that this can take place.
